Picnics
Picnic foods include grilled chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, or bratwurst along with all the condiments, buns, and the following side dishes: potato or pasta salad, coleslaw, baked beans, pickles, cheeses, chips, and dips.

Dinner Parties
Dinner party menus include seafood, rack of lamb, roast beef, chicken, and pasta platters. Meals are served with choice of baked or mashed potatoes or rice pilaf, fresh vegetables, green salad, rolls, beverage, and dessert.
Pasta dinners are available with fresh fruit garnish instead of potatoes or rice and include garlic toast or Parmesan cheese bread sticks.

Weddings
Weddings are our specialty. The traditional sit-down banquet meal consists of your choice of three entrees and accompaniments: broiled chicken breast, roast beef, or a pasta platter. Meals include baked potato, fresh vegetable, green salad, rolls, and beverages. For the connoisseur, our gourmet dinner is available.
Gourmet dinners are our finest cuisine, renowned for flair and flavor. This exquisite four-course meal includes roasted rack of prime lamb stuffed with wild rice, asparagus soup, choice of Caesar or garden salad, boiled parsley red potatoes, vegetables, rolls, and beverages.
All wedding meals include a piece of wedding cake baked by our expert pastry chef.
