BBQ Pulled Pork
- 1 (4-5 lb) Boston butt pork roast (with or without bone)
- 1 envelope (1OZ) dry onion soup mix
- 8 - 10 cups brewed black coffee
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- 10 hamburger or kaiser buns
Direction
- Pour coffee and onion soup packet in the crock pot.
- Add the roast and cook on low for 8 hour
- Remove the roast and place in large bowl
- Pull with 2 forks to shred and separate the meat
- Stir in cup barbecue sauce into pulled pork
- Pile high on bun and serve with additional barbecue sauce
